No, you don't! The beautiful thing about our plans is they are specialty-agnostic. One plan can cover general consulting, website management, IT support, or custom development. Your one "bank" of hours can be used however your organization needs in that period of time.

For new development or ongoing capacity needs outside the scope of service plans, we have a project rate, which is $75 per hour. This rate is only available for purchasing blocks of 32 hours to be worked over the course of 1 month. We refer to each of these blocks of hours as "implementation points". 1 Implementation Point = $2,400 ($75/hr x 32 hrs) Implementation points can be requested at any time, and we schedule that dedication to a specific period of time in the future, no less than 1 full month from the requested date. If you would like to reserve extra project capacity on a regular basis, you can agree to a regular amount of implementation points as an add-on to your plan, so we always have space for your new development and other projects above your service plan. As always, our services are available hour by hour (as-needed), which is less cost effective per hour over implementation points but better for occasional needs. We cannot guarantee a high level of responsiveness or turn-around time for as needed requests. Our updated as-needed rate as of Jan 1, 2026 is $125/hr.
